Sarai isn't responding

Sorry that's happening. Try these in order:

1. Wait 60 seconds and try again — sometimes our LLM provider has a hiccup.
2. Check /status — if it's red, we're aware.
3. Send ping as a single word. Sarai is hard-coded to reply "pong" to that. If even that fails, the bot itself is down.
4. If still broken after 5 minutes, text bug: sarai not responding and Kai gets a notification right away.
