How do I cancel?

Two ways, both take about 10 seconds:

1. Text Sarai: cancel or stop my subscription. Sarai will confirm and route the cancellation to Stripe.
2. Or visit your billing page and click Cancel.

What happens after you cancel: your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to Sarai until then. After that date, no further charges, and your subscription ends.

What does not happen: we do not issue a refund for the period you've already paid for. See our no-refund policy for details.
