HOW SARAI WORKS

A personal AI
you text like a friend.

Every other AI makes you go to it. Open the app. Sign in. Wait for the page. Sarai flips the model — she lives in the one inbox you already check 100 times a day. No app. No login. No learning curve. Text her the way you'd text a friend who actually has their life together, and she handles it. Calendars, reminders, phone calls, inbox triage, planning, decisions, the whole sprawl of small things that quietly eat your day. One number. That's the entire interface.

WHY

Why bother? You already have a phone, a calendar, a notes app.

True. But you also have 10 windows open, three tabs you can't close, four reminders you'll get to "later," and a calendar that's only as good as your discipline to update it. Sarai doesn't ask you to learn another tool. You text her like you'd text your most organized friend, and she handles the rest. No app, no widget, no setup. Just one number, in the inbox you already check 100 times a day.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK HER

Things people use Sarai for, today.

Real examples from real users. Not theoretical "imagine if…" — these are actual texts Sarai handles every day.

Smart reminders, not dumb alarms

Tell her once, she remembers forever. Even vague stuff — she figures out the right time on her own.

You: "remind me to call mom on her birthday every year"
Sarai: "got it. she's may 14. i'll text you a heads-up the day before + day of, every year."
📅

Calendar without the calendar

Tell her your plans in plain English. She schedules them, sees conflicts, suggests times. No drag-and-drop, no app switching.

You: "find me 30 min next tuesday or wednesday between meetings to call my dentist"
Sarai: "tuesday 11:30am works — you're free 11-12. want me to block it on your calendar?"
📝

A second brain that texts back

Random thoughts, ideas, things to remember. She tags + organizes them, surfaces them when you'd want them.

You: "remember i wanted to read 'four thousand weeks' when i have time"
Sarai: "saved to your reading list. i'll bring it up next time you mention being free."
🎯

Accountability that actually works

Goals, habits, things you keep saying you'll start. She checks in, logs progress, gently calls you out.

You: "i want to gym 3x a week starting monday"
Sarai: "locked in. i'll text you sunday night + each gym day. accountability, not pressure. you tell me when you're done — i don't nag."
✈️

Plan a trip without the rabbit hole

Tell her where + when. She handles the research, options, even the booking flow.

You: "want to take my partner to miami for a long weekend in feb, budget around $2k"
Sarai: "looking now. 3 hotel options + flight matches under budget for 2nd-4th, 9th-11th, 16th-18th. want me to send the comparison?"
📨

Inbox + life admin triage

Connect your Gmail and she reads on your behalf. Surfaces what matters, ignores the rest, drafts replies for the ones you'd punt.

Sarai: "1 thing for you today: your landlord replied about the AC fix — they can come thursday 9-12 or friday 1-4. drafted a reply (thursday). reply YES to send, or tell me what to change."
💸

Money tracking, in conversation

Connect your accounts (or text her amounts manually). She tracks spending, flags weird stuff, gives you weekly recaps.

You: "how much did i spend on food last week?"
Sarai: "$287 — $89 groceries, $198 eating out. that's $50 above your usual. want me to set a soft cap?"
🧠

Decision support when you're stuck

Bounce ideas off her. She's not a yes-man — she pushes back, asks the questions, helps you think clearer.

You: "should i take the new job offer? scared of leaving the comfort"
Sarai: "let's break it down. what would make you definitely YES? definitely NO? tell me 1-2 of each — no filter."
📞

She makes calls so you don't have to

Calling restaurants, doctor's offices, customer service lines — Sarai can dial for you, navigate the call, and report back.

You: "call my dentist and book a cleaning for next month"
Sarai: "calling now. *2 min later* booked tuesday feb 18 at 2pm. they have you in for a 45-min cleaning. confirmation sent to your email."

2

Text Sarai

Once you have a code, you'll get the iMessage number to text. Send literally anything — "hey", "what can you do", "remind me to call my mom tomorrow". Sarai responds in seconds. No "press 1 for support" maze. No setup form.

3

Connect what you want (optional)

Want her to read your calendar? Connect Google. Want her to draft email replies? Connect Gmail. Want her to track spending? Connect your bank. Each one's optional — most people start with just texting and add as they go.

4

Use her like a friend, not software

Text her what you'd say out loud. "Running late, push my 4pm." "What did I tell you about that idea last week?" "Remind me to drink water." Sarai parses real talk — no commands to memorize, no syntax. She gets sharper the more you text her.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

Here's what a typical day with Sarai looks like.

— A REAL MORNING —
good morning ☀ heads up — your 10am with marcus moved to 10:30 (he asked yesterday, you said ok). also: your dentist confirmed tuesday at 2pm. nothing else needs you yet. ☕
thanks. add: pick up dry cleaning before 6pm
added. dry cleaners closes at 7 — i'll ping you at 5:30 to leave. anything else for the day?
nope. let me know if anything blows up
👍 i'm here.

No app. No menus. No "you have unread notifications." Just a conversation that picks up where it left off.

WHO USES SARAI

Built for anyone juggling too much.

💼

Founders + operators

Calendar's a battlefield. Inbox is on fire. You have 50 tabs open and you can't find the one with the investor email. Connect Slack, Gmail, Calendar, Stripe, GitHub, Notion — endless integrations rolling out — and Sarai surfaces only the 2-3 things that actually need you today. The rest, she handles or files for later.

🧑‍🎓

Students + new grads

Application deadlines you keep meaning to track. Study sessions you keep meaning to start. Cold-email follow-ups you draft in your head and never send. Sarai keeps the syllabus straight, drafts the awkward "just following up" emails, and texts you the night before so nothing slips. No accountability shame — just a friend who remembers for you.

👨‍👩‍👧

Parents

Pickup at 3:15. Pediatrician on Tuesday. Soccer cleats two sizes too small. Birthday party Saturday for a kid you've met twice. Permission slip due yesterday. Sarai carries the second-shift mental load — the running list you can't put down — so you can be present for the moments that actually matter.

🎨

Creators + freelancers

Three projects in flight. Two clients ghosting on invoices. One brand deal that needs a follow-up you keep putting off. Quarterly taxes you haven't thought about. Sarai tracks every thread, drafts the "checking in" emails, reminds you to invoice before the month closes, and surfaces the receipts you need at tax time.

💪

Anyone with goals

You've started "3x a week" eight times this year. Sarai doesn't motivate you — that's not a thing software can do. She just shows up. Every gym day, every read-30-pages day, every save-$50 Friday. Consistent text, no judgment, logs your progress. Most habits fail because nobody's holding the thread. Sarai holds it.

🧠

Anyone tired of apps

ChatGPT in one tab. Notion in another. Google Calendar somewhere. Reminders, Notes, two to-do apps you don't even remember signing up for. Sarai is the consolidation play — one number replaces eight icons. You stop context-switching and start actually getting things done.

PRIVACY

Yes, she remembers everything. That's the point.

Your conversations with Sarai stay yours. We don't train AI on your data. We don't sell, share, or hand it off. You can delete everything she remembers about you with one text ("delete my data") — that fires our DSAR endpoint and wipes it within 30 days. Full privacy policy →
